Maximum cushioning long-distance racing shoe with carbon plate and ENERGYRODS. The adidas Adizero Prime X 3 is built to push the boundaries of speed and technology. This shoe combines an exceptionally high stack height with advanced carbon construction for explosive propulsion and maximum running comfort. Ideal for long distances and fast training where cushioning, energy return and traction are key.

The midsole consists of three layers of Lightstrike Pro foam, which provides an exceptionally cushioned, responsive ride. A carbon plate is integrated into the upper, which works together with the carbon fiber ENERGYRODS 2.0. These technologies create a stiff, resilient base that focuses on forward propulsion and running efficiency at high speed.

The innovative Strung upper is constructed wire by wire and provides flexible support exactly where you need it. The material is light, breathable and precisely tuned to the gait of fast long-distance runners. Continental™ Rubber is added to the forefoot for extra traction at push-off, while the Lighttraxion outsole provides weight savings and sufficient traction across the entire tread. The sole construction is optimized for smooth transitions, even at race-level paces.
