The Hydro Tabs Forest Fruit support mineral balance without extra carbohydrates. Each tablet contains magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium and vitamin C, and dissolves easily in 500–750 ml water. Lightly effervescent and refreshing, ideal during hot conditions or intensive training sessions.

Ingredients
Acidity regulator (citric acid), bulking agent (sorbitol), sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator (malic acid), magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, stabiliser (polyethylene glycol), maltodextrin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural flavour, sweetener (sucralose), calcium carbonate, natural raspberry flavour with other natural flavours.
Usage
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500–750 ml water. Maximum 3 tablets per day. Suitable for use before, during or after training.
Warning
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. Not suitable for kidney stones, kidney disease, insulin-resistant diabetes, high blood pressure or heart rhythm disorders. Store in a dark, dry place.
