Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 3 Women

The shoe uses SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST, a technology that helps you adopt an efficient running position. In the midsole you will find a powerful combination of nitrogen-injected MIZUNO ENERZY XP foam on the upper for maximum energy return and cushioning, and MIZUNO ENERZY NXT on the bottom for extra stability and comfort. The extended MIZUNO WAVE plate provides support at higher speeds and amplifies the effect of the SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST.

The Wave Rebellion Flash 3 also takes a step forward in terms of sustainability: 90% of the upper, lining and sockliner are made from recycled material. The WAVE plate is made from plant-based Rilsan®.
