Mizuno Wave Rider GTX 3 Men

Don't let bad weather affect your running routine. The Mizuno Wave Rider GTX 3 for men is designed for runners who want to get their miles in, even in rainy conditions. Thanks to the waterproof Gore-Tex upper, your feet will stay dry and comfortable, regardless of the weather.

The midsole combines MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM on the upper with MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the heel wedge. This provides light, resilient cushioning with high energy return. The iconic MIZUNO WAVE plate contributes to a stable gait and encourages a powerful forward push. For grip on both wet and dry surfaces, the shoe is equipped with Wgrip and X10 rubber in the outsole.

This GTX version also takes steps in terms of sustainability: 90% of the upper, laces, lining and sockliner are made from recycled materials. The midsole is partly made from sugar cane and the WAVE plate is made from Pebax RNEW®, a plant-based alternative.
