Mizuno Wave Rider TT 3 Men

The Mizuno Wave Rider TT 3 for men is specially designed for runners who want the freedom to explore any type of surface. Whether you're running on the road or diving into the woods, this all-round trail shoe offers comfort, grip and stability wherever you train.

The midsole consists of a responsive MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM top layer and a heel wedge of MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. This combination provides a soft landing, springy push-off and optimal energy return. The MIZUNO WAVE plate supports a stable and smooth transition, even on changing surfaces. Thanks to the outsole with Wgrip and X10 rubber, you have reliable grip on both wet and dry paths.

This new version has a renewed upper that is not only comfortable, but also more sustainable. 90% of the upper, lining and sockliner are made from recycled material. The midsole is partly made from sugar cane and the WAVE plate is made from Pebax RNEW®, a plant-based alternative.
