Of course we hope that all items from your order are to your liking. It can happen that an item is not the right size for you or the model or the colour is disappointing. In such cases, you can return the order: withdraw from the contract.
Via this link we ask you to register your return within 14 days after delivery. You can easily register using your e-mail address and order number. An account is not required! By registering, you make it known that you are invoking the right of withdrawal.

Frequently asked questions about returns
How can I return?
1. Pack the items in a shipping box or bag (note: remove the old shipping label if you use the original packaging).
2. Create a shipping label. Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany this can be done for €2.95 via the return portal. Outside these countries, the return costs are for your own account, please register your return via the return policy and follow the steps for return. Then create the label to the following address: PassaSports Gantelstraat 14, 5145PH Waalwijk.
3. Drop off the package at a parcel point.
4. The employees of the parcel point send the parcel to our warehouse.
5. For shipments from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden, we will receive a return package within 10 working days. For shipments outside these countries, this may take longer, but you can track your own return via the track & trace.
6. We will process your return package no later than 10 working days after delivery in our warehouse.
7. You will receive a confirmation from us once the return package has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
8. The purchase amount is back in your account!

What is your return period?
The right of withdrawal applies to our orders. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the package. You can easily invoke the right of withdrawal via the returns portal. Another way to do this is by sending an unambiguous statement by email to our customer service.
After you have registered your return or informed us via the unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw from your order, the return package must be sent to our warehouse within 14 days.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
What are your return conditions?
1. The article must not have been used. During the 14-day withdrawal period, you can try on a product indoors to assess the product as you can in a physical store. Please note that the actual use of an article is different from fitting and assessing. Did you do more than necessary to review the article? Then we reserve the right to charge for this.
2. The item must have the original labels. When we receive an item back, the packaging of the item and the item itself must be saleable to us. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.
3. Personalized items, where customization has been applied especially for you as a customer, may not be returned. The item has been adapted to your wishes and is therefore unsellable for us.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are articles whose content is easy to copy or which are no longer saleable for health reasons. Think of gift cards and vouchers, sports underwear and mouth guards.
Please note! If you return the order in full, but without the free received item, we will deduct the sale value of the free received item from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the value of the returned items back when the package has been processed in the warehouse. The processing of the return package will be completed within ten working days after the package has been delivered to us. The refund will be effected the same evening.
You can see for yourself when the package has been delivered to us by checking the return track & trace. Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you will receive an email from us with the return track & trace, If you have returned at your own expense or if you return your package outside these countries, you have probably received a receipt. This certificate contains a barcode. If you enter this barcode on the carrier's website, you can see the track & trace.
The amount of the refund depends on the return shipment. If you withdraw from the entire contract, you will receive back all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded.
However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you prove that you have sent them. Proof of sending can be done by means of the receipt that you receive at the parcel point.
How will I receive my refund?
The amount will be refunded to the same means of payment where the original transaction was made. The amount will be refunded by our payment company Buckaroo: Stichting Derdengelden Buckaroo.
Did you pay for the order with a gift card? Then it is possible that the gift card will be activated again. When the gift card gets a new value, for example because you have not returned all items, you will receive a new gift card from us in the mail.
Is registration mandatory?
Registering your return is not mandatory, but it is useful!
