The perfect and reformable fit ensures that you can keep in the SISU Aero 1.6 mouthguard throughout the training or competition. Drinking, breathing and talking are largely unobstructed. Place the mouthguard in hot water so that the mouthguard becomes soft and pliable and is ready to adjust.
